How we use information

• To create, confirm, deliver, and support an order.
• To process approved online payments through Cashfree after checkout is activated.
• To ship through India Post and share status updates.
• To prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, improve the storefront, and respond to customer-care requests.

Service providers

We may share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers that help us operate the store, including Supabase for database services, Cashfree for payment processing, India Post for delivery, and providers used for hosting, communications, security, or analytics. Each provider handles information under its own safeguards and applicable law.

Payments

PurvHind does not intend to store your full card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. When payment opens, sensitive payment entry will be handled through Cashfree’s secure checkout experience.

Retention and choices

We retain order and business records for as long as needed to provide service, handle returns, meet tax or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to records we must retain by law.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when the storefront, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future interactions.
