Our 14-day delivery promise

We aim to deliver every confirmed order within 14 calendar days from order confirmation. Tracking details are shared after dispatch. If an exceptional event outside our control affects delivery, our customer-care team will keep you informed and help with the next best step.

Shipping charges

• Shipping is complimentary when the product subtotal is ₹5,000 or more.
• For orders below ₹5,000, the applicable shipping charge will be shown clearly before payment once online ordering opens.
• No hidden shipping charge is added after you confirm an order.

Packaging

Every item receives protective PurvHind branded packaging suited to a delicate devotional product. Orders above ₹2,000 also receive complimentary festive gift wrapping. We may pack multiple items separately when that better protects them in transit.

Address and delivery checks

• Please provide a complete street address, landmark where helpful, correct six-digit PIN code, and reachable mobile number.
• India Post delivery availability depends on the destination PIN code.
• Any re-shipping cost caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels

Contact our customer-care team with your order number if tracking stops updating or the parcel does not arrive within the promised window. For visible parcel damage, keep the packaging and record one continuous unboxing video before opening the shipment fully.
