These terms govern your use of the PurvHind Gifting website and, once online ordering opens, purchases made through it.

Storefront availability
The catalogue may be explored while secure online payments are marked “coming soon.” Browsing, adding an item to the local cart, or filling the checkout preview does not create an order or charge you. A purchase is formed only after checkout is activated, payment is successfully confirmed, and we issue an order confirmation.
Product information and pricing
We aim to describe materials, dimensions, finishes, and colours accurately. Screen settings and hand-finishing can create small differences. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may change before an order is confirmed. Obvious pricing or catalogue errors may be corrected, and affected customers will be contacted before fulfilment.
Orders and payment
Once activated, payment will be handled through Cashfree or another clearly identified approved method. We may decline or cancel an order affected by unavailable inventory, failed payment, incorrect information, suspected misuse, a technical error, or a destination we cannot service. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be handled according to the applicable refund process.
Delivery, returns, and gift wrap
Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Free shipping applies at or above the stated threshold. Complimentary festive gift wrapping applies at or above the stated product-subtotal threshold.
Respectful use and intellectual property
The PurvHind name, site design, copy, photographs, and original materials may not be copied, sold, misrepresented, or used commercially without permission. You agree not to disrupt the website, misuse its forms, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service unlawfully.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, PurvHind is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delay caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protections and the jurisdiction stated in the final registered business details.
